Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
UK Delivery
Free UK shipping on all orders. All orders over £10 will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping. Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within two to three days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece. Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Australia, Canada. Hong Kong SAR, Israel. Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States of America.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based upon the combined weight of items you purchase.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MagiCandleSOS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@magicandlesos.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We ensure that all of our items are carefully packed, along with being labelled as fragile before beginning their journey to you. Despite this, accidents can occur in transit. Once we hand over your package to our delivery companies, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package does arrive damaged or is lost, you will have to file a claim through the postal service.
If an item does arrive broken/missing, please send photos of the packaging, address label, and the broken/missing items to contact@magicandlesos.com within 24 hours of delivery. Anything reported more than 24 hours after delivery confirmation, will not be accepted.
